- Timeline: Episode 2.5, Week 2, Day 4
- Location: North America
- Characters: Pyro | Bumblebee | Optimus Prime
In the depths of space, there is a pod decked out in purple highlights. It's propulsion system appears to have been shot by gunfire, which would explain the pod travelling at speeds that would shred the skin of any unfortunate organic if exposed to open air. Considering this is space, this consequence would be replaced by either a.) travelling into the void until the pod runs out of fuel and its occupant starves, or b.) the pod crashes on some unsuspecting planet with the occupant lucky to survive the impact. In either case, this pod's occupant finds himself in this predicament. "OH, PRIMUS! OH, PRIMUS! OH, PRIMUS! OH, PRIMUS! OH, PRIIIIMUUUS!" He's doing well.
Under these circumstances, Pyro, a member of the Autobot suicide squad known as the Wreckers, tries his best to maintain steering on the pod's direction. Option B is a more desirable outcome than A, rather live out the rest of your days on some sphere in the middle a black infinitude than slowly starve once this recently-become death trap runs out of fuel. Pyro would check to see if the pod did have working communications, but considering he just hijacked this thing from a Decepticon ship and is far more concerned with staying alive: he doesn't really have the care to check at the moment. The latter reason may also be due to the fact that although dying in a crash is his preferred option, it's a far cry from the death Pyro really wants. Surviving for as long as possible against insurmountable odds, while at the same time saving lives. Optimus Prime would also be there to see it happen, and finally recognize Pyro for the hero he's become. So much for that dream. Pyro direly thinks in his head.
Eventually however, the pod's current course sets it right in the crosshairs of a planet. Pyro is able to make out the green, white, and blue image of Earth unmistakable by human eyes. Pyro instead sees as his opening for option B. He steered the craft into the planet's atmosphere, somewhat withstanding the heat on entry thanks to his high temperature-resistant armor. After that, Pyro catches sight of a forest as the pod veered in line of sight of it. Although no trees are gonna be destroyed by the pod today, oh no! That's Pyro's job. You see, instead of crashing into trees, the pod slammed into the middle of a field a good 10 feet in front of the forest. While pod burrows into the ground somewhat at a 50 degree angle, the back sticking out, Pyro is flung forward, out the windshield, and is sent bouncing into the trees as he fails to cling to one before coming to a stop at about 50 feet from the pod. Pyro went into stasis lock a good few seconds later as a result of the pain coursing through his nervous system. His last though before succumbing to darkness: Ow.
