<< Set after Dark Side! >>
When you crammed a few million years worth of emotions and a one-two punch to the spark into a 24ish hour period, it kind of all went by in a rush of 5ish minutes.
Or a slow crawl. He hadn't decided which yet, but he supposed most of that depended on which part of his Earth-day he was recalling.
Ironhide. Reuniting with his Brother had gone by almost too quickly in some ways, though most of that was probably because he wanted to literally just sit with him, uninterrupted for… like… a while. But that was a bit unreasonable, so they did what they could which was pretty much absolutely nothing short of hours of nap time and Guardian snuggle pillows. Until he had to get up to make his appointment with Ratchet which left him leaving Ironhide's quarters like a nervously excited puppy. Filled with excitement to the point of skipping because he could go through the roster, but dear Primus going through his own personal check-up was going to be even less pleasant than it was hours and hours earlier with 'Hide at his side.
That slowed time down to a glacial crawl. It left him in this weird limbo space where he wanted to be around everyone all at once like diving into a box of little photo-cats but then at the same time dear PRIMUS-notwithoutIronhide (he wondered if he would be opposed to just welding some body appendage together for a few cycles).
So he'd busied himself with stuff and things and now he was back on Ironhide's berth face-down going through a dozen or so puzzles in his head while he waited the next few kliks for 'Hide to get off shift himself. Phew.
It wasn't long until he began to fidget, his fingers tapping out a rhythm on the edge of the berth as he finished four puzzles and replaced them with five more.
