Update and a Promotion

Hey all,
So as many of you are probably aware if you have been paying attention to things, the Admins were a bit scattered and disjointed for awhile there. For me personally, I was getting really frustrated, and was posting just to meet requirements, not having fun with things. I needed a breather badly. With the promotion of Ren despite her not being fully 'trained' and taught how to do things? I shut down.
Knowing she could watch the c-box, and tell me if things went bad, and that she could come to me if there was trouble... I relaxed for a bit. Popped in occasionally, saw blue admin text from her, and bailed again feeling comfortable. It was giving me the space and time I needed to just de-stress, even if I was neglecting the few things I have been tasked to do still. Activity Checks anyone?... surprise... I am a month behind in monitoring... Our second promotion?... I dropped the ball and haven't done that either.
So with that stated as a segue, I am going to flow into the fact that with Ren promoted up, we wanted to bring a second Moderator into play to keep an eye on things and be able to answer questions for people. With gratitude I will announce that House has stepped up to do so. While she doesn't have an official 'task' such as how Ren was the Timeline Manager, and Blue handles Advertising, she will be able to help a lot with her own experiences and thoughts she brings to the table.
So while I can't say that I will be super present still as I continue to de-stress, I can say that House is now on the team, and for that I am immensely thankful both for the help, and patience.
