"His designation is 'Knock Out', so I do believe you mean to address him as 'Doctor Knock Out', or CMO. It would be best to address him as such, especially in meeting... unless you wanna find yourself beggin' for him to treat you next time ya need it. He's infamous for holding grudges and remembering things that grind his gears."
That was it. The rest of what was said Breakdown had to think on. He turned to look out at the skylight again, letting himself process everything that had been said. He didn't understand why the other mech was needing all this information- or at least wanting him to gather all that stuff. Being up to date was one thing, but wanting to ensure that no one else was in on what was going on? Making sure no one found out that Breakdown was gathering information for some mech that had just showed himself?
THat raised a lot of questions... concerns. Why couldn't he get what he needed himself? THe vehicons would tell him what he wanted if he was just decent towards them, and the Haven information was easily able to acquire. Was the other not wanting to create a paper trail?
Could he be working for the other side? Did he not have certain clearances?
Or was it just something more simple like, the other mech was too lazy to do the busy grunt work himself? It could have been that, but Breakdown had learned that being more suspicious of someone who he wasn't able to fully clear was for the best. So, he'd play... but there was no way he wasn't going to leave breadcrumbs about what was going on.
Better to just come out and ask sometime.
"So are you just too lazy to do this legwork yourself? Or you just think you're too good to do it?" Breakdown looked over his shoulder at Blackframe, studying him with his single optic as he took in everything about the other.
