Has it been made obvious how bad Pyro's day it right now? Anyway, point is, right his subconscious is the verge on letting loose his current frustrations. On top of the escape of a lifetime only in terms of actually surviving, he's now falsely incriminating himself in front of armed Autobots! Including Optimus Prime, needless to say! Which wouldn't be worse if it weren't Pyro we were talking about! Pyro! Who's life had now been centered around proving he can be as a good a hero as Optimus Prime! The urge to do something about this albeit justified misinterpretation finally comes to the Wrecker and..
No, Pyro! Stay calm! Don't make this worse! Not in front of Prime!
While these thoughts were going on the back of Pyro's head, he had been keeping up his professional demeanor & primary mindset. And right now, impulsive action isn't going to solve this identification problem. Well, that's the thought process of a fully rational 'bot anyway. For Pyro, this was also about image in the face of his idol. The second time the Wrecker had ever seen the Prime in millions of years, and was being screwed up by circumstances with unfortunate implications. That fact that Pyro forgot about other means of data transmission really didn't help matters. What was I even thinking?!
Yeah, no more "self-incrimination" like that. Although, I doubt any spy would slip up by going that far. If the imposter implications were true: Soundwave would have the urge to strangle a mech and wouldn't know why. Enough dwelling, though. Time to straighten things out. In the long run if need be. Deciding to loosen up the professionalism to lighten the tensions, Pyro's attention was kept on Optimus and addressed his comment about the security precautions. "To be honest, sir: it's not the precautions, it's the circumstances. With the pod, my radio, the data transmission comment. Not exactly the best impressions." Pyro spoke in a somber tone. His attention was turned back to Bumblebee has he apparently had looked up his profile in the meantime. From Autopedia, maybe. Do they have Autopedia? Focus, Pryo! The Wrecker turned to the smaller mech. "Yeah, I am. Participated in protecting an energon convoy on Prion."
