Week Two, Day Seven - Directly after Bring on the Thunder
---
The walk through Blackridge had been a quiet one, if only because Starscream needn’t go far to get to his destination.
While still within earshot of Soundwave as they made their way through the Control Room and to the furthest exit, Starscream knew better than to speak more than what was necessary. A thank you was given to the Spymaster for bridging them so swiftly, but nothing more.
Once through the doorway, Starscream would take a right turn. The same amber lights peppered the ceiling, although the floor here was considerably less refined. It did not have such a glossy finish as the floor they’d just walked, although it was smooth - no doubt due to being worn by constant foot traffic.
The faint smell of solvents and other chemicals lingered, the Medical Bay on this same hallway the apparent cause, but Starscream paid it no mind as he made a gradual left turn, coming to a heavy looking door. A long taloned digit would input the code, and a click would be heard of something unlocking.
Pushing open the door, Starscream would make his way into the office, expecting Thundercracker to follow and close the door behind himself.
Considering this was the office for the Second in Command of the Decepticons, it did not look like much at all. A simple desk, littered with datapads and a few Energon cubes in various states of consumption and - curiously - what looked to be two small looking arms. One was whole, connected to a red sphere that almost looked like a balljoint, while the other seemed to have been torn from the elbow down. Each hand had two fingers and a thumb. They weren’t on any sort of display, nor in any particular pose - simply laying there. Behind the desk sat a single chair, with a larger monitor on the wall behind which was currently switched off. On the opposite side of the desk was another chair, which Starscream gestured to as he made his way behind the desk to sit down.
Leaning with one elbow on the desk, his wings relaxed behind himself as he peered across at the other mech expectantly.
“Now we are alone, I am sure you have much to say.” he droned, almost like he was bored with the no doubt lecture he was about to receive before it’d even begun.
“Might as well get on with it.”
