Name: Mindrazor
Gender: Minicon
Appearance: The size of an adolescent human. Mindrazor has predominantly black armor and a gray frame underneath and red rectangular visor and gray face mask. Transforms into a datadisk.
Faction: Decepticon
Occupation: Cyberspace/Security function
Likes: Serving Soundwave
Dislikes: glitch mites and cute
Strengths: Navigating/constructing in Cyberspace, nimble in the physical environment
Weaknesses: Physically weak with little to no armor, directionless without constant connection with Soundwave
Personality: Faithful, diligent, observant, occasionally mischievous
History: In light of recent events with defecting Decepticons and back-stabbing SICs attempting to break into his files, Soundwave (with assistance from Shockwave) creates the drone, Mindrazor, to actively monitor the Nemesis’s computer network. Mindrazor, like his master, does not speak verbally; rather clicks or whistles are more like to be heard aloud. He communicates directly to Soundwave through a neuro uplink for instant communication independent of the normal comlink system. While Mindrazor appears as no more than a mere drone, he will display mischievous behavior caused from Soundwave becoming annoyed, which translates into Mindrazor’s sub-programming. You know you’ve pushed Soundwave too far if all the electrical equipment is glitching only for you.
Theme song: ‘Internet Connection’ by MIA www.youtube.com/watch?v=jTi4TOQNou8&feature=related
Sample:
The miniscule mech shuffled quietly along the shadows of the Nemesis’s corridors. His dull mute color scheme blended him perfectly with the real space environment. Oblivious Eradicons strolled by with their optics aimed up and straight ahead missed him entirely down by their pedes.
The little scamp whistled briefly, only for it to be lost in the roar and moaning of the ship’s engines. Two blast doors slid across the threshold of the Eradicons’ path, confusing the full-size drones as they tried futilely to open the blast doors with their access codes.
Mindrazor trilled amusedly. He wasn’t causing trouble. No. He was merely testing his wireless capability to access the Nemesis’s network.
Thoughts transmitted across his processor in the form of a single word. Return.
Soundwave summoned him.
Mindrazor acknowledged the command immediately departing the site of his current preoccupation. Leaving the still clueless Eradicons, the small gray and black drone diverted from his newly established rounds of the Nemesis’s interior. Ducking into a service shaft, he climbed down to the level of Soundwave’s workshop.
His detailed observations of the physical space would greatly assist his approach to navigating and constructing within the physics of cyberspace.
