<<After Something in Common and before Ice Cream Social>>
The fact that they had respected Sideswipe'sthreats wishes to keep the medical bay out of bounds was remarkable. Not only in the sense that they agreed together and only after one 'talking to' to keep one place free of games (a Neutral zone within a Neutral zone) entirely, but also the fact that they listened to begin with. It underscored the obvious for Shearwind (that zie would eventually engulf Sideswipe in the ever consuming energetic sun-sized aura that was hir personality, as zie did all things), ever quick in deciding who zie liked and who zie didn't within the first few seconds of meeting, and Sideswipe had (bless his spark) managed to make it on that list.
For Stormbreaker, it was arguably more significant. Before the war, there were only a handful of entities she would even acknowledge and those happened to include Shearwind and the others in their cohort. Afterwards, that world had shrunk to Shearwind with little regard to who else or what else passed through it. That she was now accepting someone on Shearwind's list was no small thing. That she was listening(a little…) and voluntarily (sometimes) interacting was… well, Shearwind was very pleased.
Stormbreaker had and would continue to deny this, though. Even now as she trotted down the corridors from the open-air place she and Shearwind had chosen for themselves towards the main atrium (the first place on their queue to track down Sideswipe). No, she reasoned, she had a purpose for this visit.
Atrium was empty. Med Bay… out of bounds, but empty save for Sunstreaker. Bar next… and bingo. She heard the tinkering before she looked inside, and without pause seamlessly slipped into The Sneak Game. Her way of approaching to say 'hello'. If he played along, she'd continue behind him and around the bar and behind the bar (crouching of course), until she could peer just over the opposite side of the counter.
