Her shift on monitor duty was over, nothing happening the entire time. Most others might get bored but she was diligent and on task at all times. If there was anything Velocity did well, it was her job no matter what it was. That didn't mean the job was exciting or that she had been entertained at all. In fact monitor duty was probably one of the most obnoxious jobs simply because you watched, that was it. Now, sure she did like watching at times, and taking notes but there were a hundred other more productive things she could be doing. If only Prime would get his helm out of his aft and listen and give her some sort of authority that is. She was sorely tempted to march up to him and demand it, just so that things got done but she wasn't that rude, not yet anyway.
The last few days had been going by without a hitch though she was still anti-social she wandered around a lot more and her mood was not so dark, just more melancholy. Ratchet saved her really, she had been so lost before she spoke to him. That wasn't to say she still didn't feel lost but finally there was a weight taken off her shoulders that she hadn't even known was there. Someone else knew. They knew of the dark things she had been involved in and just how much she had helped Megatron in the past. Not only that but her feelings for the Twins. What made her really feel better in the end was that she knew he wouldn't say anything, none of it compromised the here and now so she was safe.
Now that she was off duty however, she had no idea what to do. Vel supposed she could slip back to her personal quarters and...and what? There was no one she was close to, nothing in there to keep her entertained. She was still just as lost and alone now as she had been before the talk, just not as angry. Her optics narrowed and she glared angrily at a spot on the floor wishing it would melt from the sudden heat. Everything was so frustrating! One pede stomped forward and she pulled out her ever present data pad, flicking a claw tip delicately along it's smooth surface to a specific page.
“Primus forsaken 'Bots. I have probably one of the most unique skill sets out of anyone here and they cannot be bothered to utilize me. I'm going to force them too sooner than later. I cannot stand all this disorganization!” With her optics focused so heavily on the data pad she soon became lost. Thankfully she wasn't moving or her oh so graceful self would be outed finally. Velocity got so caught up in her work that she often tripped over others, walked into walls and other such highly embarrassing things, unless she was sitting down.
