Velocity was at wits end, when she shouldn't be. She had a job now, a good one that took a nice amount of time and made her feel both useful and indispensable. The talk with Ratchet had gone well and she had even had some fun with him after ward. There had been plenty of time to think and to reflect and to explore everything she was feeling and thinking after all of the opening up. However it hadn't lessened the despair, the pain. Why? She was so touchy lately that she feared she was going to ream someone hardcore, who didn't deserve it at all. That would not help in the slightest since she was already not attached to anyone here and felt ostracized anyway.
So when she was done with all the work she had scheduled for herself for the day she left. Normally she would do extra, anything to keep herself busy really. Today it was not that way. Vel knew she needed to vent, to really let loose and working herself until recharge was not cutting it. The wonderful thing about having a neural net like she did was that lying to oneself was never an option. Pure physical exertion, pushing herself above and beyond, that would do it.
The Dodge Viper alt easier being shifted to, her transformations a thing of pure fluid grace, before she took off with a jolt. There was no paying attention to anything now. If someone followed her she wouldn't even know, her mindset was on finding a good place she couldn't be spied from above or where no humans would be treading easily. This way she could trash the area without worry. Thankfully they were in a place where finding an area such as that wouldn't be too difficult, she just had to be willing to off-road a bit, never a great idea with her alt mode but she didn't care.
Bouncing on some rocks she cursed to herself and came to a screeching halt as she found the perfect spot, some thirty Earth minutes later. Velocity had been trying to learn Earth time compared to their time and otherwise so she was often now referring to it that way, since they were on Earth. It was a moment before she transformed and when she did so it was with the same grace as before. Long limbs shaping themselves until she stood there at her tallest and peered around at the cavern like walls near her. The only way this could be more perfect, as she eyed the overhangs that would keep her hidden from upper view, was if it was a cave itself. Then again she might bring the cave down around her and that was never good.
Then she moved. It wasn't just a simple turning of a shoulder or a step back. Her frame was just in motion and a fist full of pain hit a cavern wall and put a hole in it. The hole was good sized and the entire wall plus the ground beneath it shuddered from the impact. That was it, she lost it. Hitting and screaming and kicking and tackling and well anything she could do. All the walls around her took one hell of a beating as did her own paint job and frame, and she still didn't stop. Dual energon charged short swords came out and they too were used. There wasn't anything in her vicinity that did not get hit from the pure physical assault she was giving to it.
Finally she slowed down. Not aware of how much time had passed nor how much damage she had given herself. Though she did figure Ratchet was going to yell at her, which was no big deal. He didn't scare her, no one did. Just as she was putting away the blades she thought she heard a sound, something not the rock walls around her crumbling. Without even thinking she whirled to face the sound picking up a chunk of rock in one hand and aiming for what she had heard. If it had been a second before the blade might have been the soon to be projectile instead.
