Similarly to the other two Autobots currently stranded in the desert, Sparklight's vents were working overtime to keep her cool. Most of them had been partially clogged by all the sand at this point in time and made cooling her down a harder task. Such build up of heat made her fidgety - or atleast more so than she would normally be. This combined with her incredibly short attention span, the result of some kind of initial systems failure that would get better as she adjusted, made her want to move about more so that she could force wind through her systems.
And that was why she was currently skating about around and between the pair.
Sure Carbine and Bumblebee might get annoyed, but such found itself far down on the list of what was going through Sparklight's brain. What THAT was, well to be fair, she wasn't sure either, catching herself up in her thoughts as Carbine and Bumblebee conversed about Russia and wherever this was... what was it's name... Africa! That was it, Africa. Someone had thrown that word about earlier regarding their location so that was probably it.
"Four Thousand miles? That's a lot of... miles? What's a mile?" She asked cheerfully, twisting on the spot as her wheels glided through the sand towards Bumblebee in one movement, causing her to slide backwards as she moved towards him, turning again to look at the bot, waiting gleefully for an answer.
And then she learnt about Deserts, boy was there a lot to find out about this place! It was like one big mystery! "This is? But where's all the cool artifacts and towers and wrecks and space bridges?" The femme trailed on, the only comparison she saw between her and the Sea of Rust was all the weird sandy-stuff, failing to make the obvious connection of how both places were deserted.
But then, Bee had questions of his own! A sense of pride washed over her as the fact that she was being asked questions made her feel somewhat important. "Yeah! You helped to free the Autobots from Kaon prison, you stood up to Megatron and helped re-take the Decagon! You're an Autobot hero, something to strive to be!" Sparklight replied, listing off some of the reasons as to why Bumblebee's identity was programmed into her brain.
That weird floating stuff...? What'd he mean by that, oh right! Her powers! "I dunno, I can just sort of do it, it's easy! Like walking or talking or..." And that's when Sparklight began to stop speaking, finding herself unable to move her mouth as it gaped open in awe.
At Bolo.
He was... he was... well Sparklight didn't really know, her pre-programmed knowledge did inform her to protect all life, including animals, but glossed over what animals really where. But THAT, didn't keep her from falling in love with him. He was so awesome, and cute and cool! All she wanted to do was pet him, but then he was kind of big... and could probably eat her, so she hesitated, turning back to face Bumblebee, even if one of her optics was still drawn to the giant dog.
"...It's just kind of easy really you just think about it and then move your arm and do iiiiiiiiiiit... She continued, drawing out her words as she felt herself helplessly turn towards Carbine, a look of wonder and hope on her face. "Can I pet him? Can I pet him? Please please please can I pet him? Please?" The femme blurted out, referring to Bolo and her overwhelming urge to stroke and pet him.
