Jazz was trying his best not to laugh at the kid as he went into an obvious freak out mode over the cat. From what Jazz could pick up in his files, this creature was rather harmless but he couldn't really say much of anything about it until-
He couldn't anymore. Jazz broke out into a laugh as he knelt there and raised a servo to muffle it as much as he could. The antics of the Scout were priceless and adorable, which made it so he couldn't help but to react the way he did. Jazz knew that he shouldn't have, as this was a planet they were all getting used to bit by bit, so it was normal for Bee to be more safe than sorry.
"Ah, man, Bee. I'm sorry-" he gave a struggled apology before he composed himself and the laugh turned into a smile. "Bee, Bee! Come'on, kiddo, calm down. It ain't broke, and it ain't gonna hurt ya. It ain't broke, and it ain't gonna blow up." It was nice to see that curious innocence hadn't left the Scout in spite of the ordeals he probably had endured from the war. "I think it's happy... or... enjoyin' itself, at least. See how comfortable it looks? Probaby just likin' the pulse of your inner workings or the warmth. It's fine, man."
Jazz moved carefully, easing his servo around the small animal to scoot it off Bee so the poor kid could at least get off the ground. Once it was safely secure Jazz stood up with it and kept his servo open as not to risk squishing the small organic creature he had. He couldn't help but to find it adorable, much like very small cyberfoxes and glitchmice he saw around Cybertron.
"It's a cute lil' thing. From what I gather, humans keep these as 'pets' or 'companions', alongside of other little critters. It's normal for more than one to be in a household. Guess they make organics feel comforted or somethin'." Jazz was inspecting the cat, scanning it and recording its image into his files for later.
