We are a literate, intermediate to advanced AU Transformers RPG Based off of the first season of TFP with dashes of other incarnations sprinkled here or there. Characters from any continuity are welcome however must be restyled to match the TFPrime universe.

Well, now he was quite confident that this was indeed the real Sunstreaker that he was talking to and not some shifter trying to pass themself off as Sunstreaker.
The fact that she knew about Speedtrap was step number one, since nothing between her and Prowl had been included in official records as far as Prowl knew. Secondly, she seemed to recall a conversation that had occurred centuries ago pretty well, which was also not in official records. What sealed it was the recollection of the medical injuries following the fight, since no official complaint would have been filed due to the nature of the fight.
However, there was always the possibility that Soundwave or someone else in Decepticon Intelligence had done the leg work of interrogating the real Sunstreaker or someone else who had been there, which meant that while Sunstreaker would be allowed into the base, Prowl would make sure that Red Alert kept a close eye on them...
Prowl would then shift his blaster back into it’s hand mode and took a step back as his arms crossed over his chest.
“We hardly have the time, or the resources, to spend celebrating.”
Sunstreaker’s arrival here was going to be both a blessing and a curse. Her combat experience and pre-war position would mean that Omega Outpost would gain another experienced soldier, which meant Prowl had someone that he could use as a foundation in tactical planning. However, her reputation and her...discipline problem...would mean that she would need to be kept on a short leash for the time being.

Cake was out of the question, then.
Sunstreaker hadn't brought up the prospect of a welcome-home party as a serious one, though Prowl's response was more than capable of eliciting a grin from her. Same old Prowler, always counted on for jokes. The sounds of his weapon folded back into place were welcome, not that Sunny ever feared for her life at any point today. Still however, she remained firmly in place, servos above her head, aft to Prowl, face to the road.
"Never change, Prowl. Don't ever let them get to you..."
Whoever they were was up to interpretation, though it could be inferred Sunny spoke of Prowl's many, many detractors, herself among them. She didn't care to sit here and answer any more questions to soothe his monumental suspicion; it'd be like trying to fill a fuel silo with a spoon. Plus, Sunny was more than ready to get out of here by this point. She needed a good bath, after all.
"We done?" she asked, shooting Prowl an optic from over her shoulder. "Or should I keep standing here in hopes a human drives by?"
In the time that had elapsed since Prowl was thrust onto the stage front and center next to Optimus Prime as one of the key faces of the Autobot war effort, all he had ever heard was things like. “Can’t you be more tactful next time Prowl?” or “For Primus’ sake Prowl, would it kill you to care about someone for once in your miserable life?!”
To be told to “never change” was something of a relief, though Prowl did his utmost to hide any appearance of satisfaction. However, something had begun to change in his mind in his attitude towards Sunstreaker ever so slightly. Perhaps finally they had someone else here at Omega base who finally understood the true cost of war and the steps that were necessary to achieve a meaningful victory.
Well, only time would tell in the end...
At her question, Prowl thought for a moment then tapped the side of his helmet with his digit.
“Arcee, power up the groundbridge. Two incoming. Log new arrival as Sunstreaker.”
“Copy that, sir.”
A few moments later, the space about thirty feet behind Prowl seemed to split open in a green vortex of energy as the groundbridge roared into being. Prowl then stepped aside and motioned with his helm towards the awaiting portal.

The crackling pop and hum of a groundbridge was enough to steal Sunstreaker's attention. What was otherwise a routine phenomena for the Autobots on Earth was now a novelty for her, shown by the look of light surprise on her face. Through the many, many years on that damn salvage barge she'd just about forgotten what groundbridges looked and sounded like. Hearing it again only reminded her just how disconnected from everything she'd been.
Still, it was about time she'd gotten an invitation.
With a thrum of her servos Sunstreaker spun to face the swirling mass of energy head-on. It was inviting, to say the least. Shooting Prowl a quick look, she started in its direction.
"Naturally..."
An effort was made not to drop into a full sprint, however. Prowl didn't need to know just how eager she was to make contact with everyone again, whoever 'everyone' was defined as these days. Sunstreaker passed through the mouth of the groundbridge without much fuss, though it was sure to begin in earnest once she came out the other side...
She was certainly an eager one it seemed. Well, give it a week or two, maybe then the enthusiasm will wear off. Not that Prowl ever knew what enthusiasm was, to him it was just a job or another mission.
When Sunstreaker passed through the portal, she’d be greeted on the other side by the primitive setup of Omega One’s control room, the bare rock walls being about as welcoming as Prowl smiling. Before she could have any second thoughts though, Prowl had followed her through the groundbridge portal.
“Close up.”
Without another word, Arcee nodded and shut down the groundbridge, sealing them off from the outside world again.
“Arcee, help orient our new arrival, then you’re relieved.”
The smaller blue femme blinked suddenly, but Prowl didn’t leave much for discussion as he assumed her position at the console. Quickly the two wheeler managed to recover her senses and turned towards Sunstreaker, giving a reassuring smirk.

Sunstreaker wasn't exactly sure what she'd be stepping into. Knowing Prowl, it was either an "enhanced" interrogation room, or a mail room. Both intended for her, surely. As she emerged from the swirling vortex behind her, she wasn't met with any strong feelings. Sunny spun around as she walked forward as if there'd been something she missed. It was... just some bunker, carved into the rock. Granted, it was appropriately teched out for an Autobot HQ, but it was a far cry from even some of the worst places she'd served at during the war.
She was still caught up in absorbing how bland this little section of the base looked as she was approached. Two-wheeler, blue, femme; yep, Sunny didn't know her. Whoever she was, she still managed to give Sunstreaker a chuckle with that particular question.
Stopping, she shot a smug glance and a chuckle over to Prowl.
"I'd better be, otherwise Prowl made an oopsie."
It would drive him mad just thinking about it, she thought. However... this was Prowl, after all. Sunny did a double-take.
"And before you go hatchin' some plan to spy on me, yes that was a joke. I can hear those gears turning from here..."

As Prowl stepped up to the console, his optics narrowed at Sunstreaker’s little joke behind his golden reflective visor. The possibility of him making a mistake in regard to this, no matter how possible it was, was simply improbable. Despite Sunstreaker’s backtracking over her comment in an attempt to brush it off as humor, Prowl didn’t crack a smile or anything of the sort. Such occasions were not the time for poorly conceived attempts at humor.
“Don’t flatter yourself.” he replied without turning to look at her. “I was already going to have Red Alert put you on the list for surveillance for at least the next deca-cycle.”
Of course, he decided then and there that even once that thirty day period was up, that didn’t mean that Sunstreaker wouldn’t be very far out of his sight. As he had decided beforehand, she was a valued asset in the fact that she had prior training and combat experience despite the fact that she had a recorded problem with authority, which was strange for a former enforcer...
Arcee would watch the exchange with a mixture of both shock and amusement, never having seen anyone get away so easily with giving Prowl that level of attitude. The two-wheeler managed to catch herself after a few moments then cleared her throat.
“Speaking of Red Alert, we should probably get you checked in with the security chief sooner than later. If you would follow me down the hall, I can show you the way.”
