((Continued directly from "Haven't Seen You In Ages" ))
It had taken her what she assumed to be the better part of an hour to cool down, even with Moonshot tearing down the mountain and away from the Neutral plateau as fast as he could, and then speeding as quickly as his wheels on gravel could take him once they hit flat ground.
An hour to know she was pissed, and an hour debating on exactly why she was. Angry that she'd been plucked by Moonshot who was sprinting exactly opposite of where she wanted to be, despite kicking and shouting, not even stopping by the Med Bay to find something extra large to knock Sides unconscious.
Pissed that she knew Cleaver and 'Shot both had the right of it, and she had to admit it.
There'd be no stopping that rage, not unless Megatron ran his helm into the wall a few times, and even then, maybe not… Most they could do now was wait for Cleaver to call them back… Megatron was a gladiator anyway, wasn't he? With a couple heads and extra weight on Sides.
She exhaled, turning her head to look out the side passenger window, tried not to think about it. Settled down inside 'Shot's cab with the A/C cranked up, she could see just how far they'd driven, the plateau somewhere on the horizon in the rearview… and could also see how fast 'Shot was still going. Hadn't slowed one bit..
"'Shot." No response, so she waited a few more minutes before speaking more firmly. "'Shot. It's okay, I think you left 'em in the dust." Nothing.. 'God, he's gotta be terrified.' So she tapped his steering wheel with a bit of care. "Moonshot. C'mon, hon, slow it down, we're fine."
