Jazz vented a sigh. "Yeah, that's definitely an issue. Made all the more complicated by the fact that we're kinda renting rather than owning here. Technically this is a human base that we're being loaned by the American government--America's the human country that we're in. Sooo...well, to be honest I'd love to fill in most of the tiny rooms that we can't get to. I've settled for securing many of the outside access points...."
Jazz's audial sensors had picked up the increased hum of Fortress Maximus' systems. This was obviously something important to him, or at the very least interesting.
"You want to see?" Jazz turned, pulling up the base schematics that he'd been looking over in his spare (hah!) time over the last few weeks. The base sprawled out in a nest of rooms and corridors, ventilation and utility crawlspaces. "Needing to breathe oxygen means that there's a whole ventilation system that opens into every room. That's been my main concern, really. It's not just us in here, so we have to keep it human-friendly, but it's just begging to be exploited by a minicon. I've been having everyone work on sealing up as much as we can...."
Jazz went on for a bit, explaining how they'd shut down entire sections of the base, barricading and welding shut what they could and concealing or putting forcefields on what they couldn't.
<<Talk talk talk, assume that Jazz goes on for a bit about what he's helped secure. He won't give ALL the details, because he's sneakybot like that, but he's certainly making the place exponentially better from a security perimeter point of view. He'll wait until next tag to go into the type of security traps and whatnot that he and the others have installed....the type of things that they were testing in Rat Maze. >>
