"Just because I assist in the medical bay doesn't mean I forget what is expected of us."
Didn't mean that he didn't feel more than a little dirty saying it. But, just as he'd said before: there was a task they needed to tend to, and thankfully Starkreiger left him to scower around by himself soon thereafter.
It felt like hours that he'd been searching, staring at the machine in his servo in hopes to hit it mark and indicate where he was supposed to be going. This would have been boring to probably everyone else, Knock Out for sure, but the bruiser was rather enjoying it- even with the company he had tagging along. This was a chance to get out of base and get some fresh air for as long as it took for them to find what they were looking for.
At least it was taking a while. He wouldn't complain.
With the welcomed silence from his partner entertaining himself elsewhere for the time being, Breakdown took a moment to relax, sitting down with his legs stretched out straight in front of him. The seeker sought comfort in the skies, as most of his kind did, while ground pounders such as he preferred to be as close to the ground as possible. In ways he enjoyed them having a base that was no longer flying around everywhere. Having his head in the clouds wasn't his idea of a good time.
Unknown to Starkrieger, Breakdown was one of the few Decepticons who didn't mind Earth. It teamed with colors, seasons, weather and just... life. Cybertron was home, beautiful to most in her own way, though hardly able to hold a light in comparison to this organic world. Sitting out in the rain was unheard of back home unless you wanted an acid wash, while here you could just sit for hours and let it wash the day's dirt and grime from one's frame.
:: Any luck? ::
He was pulled back by the sound of the Seeker's comm. The bruiser looked up where he figured he was zooming around as an attempt to be polite by 'looking' at the one he was talking to.
:: So far, nothing. I'm starting to wonder if Lord Starscream sent us to the right place or if we're just on a very elaborate wild good chase.::
