『APPEARANCE』
Swindle is on the shorter side as far as height goes compared to most other Decepticons… he stands between the Vehicons and Knock Out on the height chart. His frame is compact, strong and dense and he has a mix of blocky and curvy shapes, some parts of him more than others. His chassis, forearms, shoulder plates and lower leg plating are by far the widest parts of him. His helm design is rather blocky in design itself, but holds a lot of small details within its structure. Two half trapezoid shapes poke up from the top of his helm, slanted at an angle that almost resemble horns… or perhaps ‘ears’. His optics are large and wide, beaming a cunning rich shade of purple.
Just like his optics, all of Swindle’s bio-lights are purple in color that only show when he is in his bipedal mode. His chassis is home to the grill and hood of his ALT mode and the large circular headlights, also purple in color, rest on top of arch shaped plates that are nestled just between his shoulder plates and his neck cables. Swindle’s shoulder plates, quite large and blocky, have a unique design to them. The layer into a staircase-like shape while two of his large off-roading tires attach behind them, one on each side. The other two tires are built into his legs in the same area where one’s shins would reside. Swindle’s color palette is rather simple… His primary color is a rich tannish-yellow shade while the rest of his frame is accented with purples, blacks and grays.
On his right arm, it is common to see an attachment port, where Swindle carries a large arm weapon known as his Scatter Blaster.

『PERTINENT HISTORY』
↭POCKET CHANGE↭
Forged in a world of Functionalism, Swindle was put to work as a delivery mech, driving to and from cities all over Cybertron to deliver anything from small loads of parts to medium crates of heavy unknown cargo. While working in such an industry, Swindle discovered the ins and outs of the industry, taking on jobs that offered larger pay if he had talked to the right people. Of course, these jobs sometimes came with high risk especially since they operated inside of black markets. Sure, the money was nice with higher stake jobs, but Swindle was smart enough to never take on a job that could put him in harm's way. His street smart mindset and cunning words got him far, allowing him to pocket even more change than what was simply offered by using empty threats or to sell out information he had overheard.
Swindle had become quite the insider through the black market. He knew what gizmos and gadgets were hot and with his two faced personality, he found it easier to weave in and out of deals that may or may not benefit him. The black market was a jackpot! He just needed to learn how to manipulate it in his favor, and the best way to do so was to make business partners and support its cause by investing in some sort of front for such deals and shipments to slide under the radar. It had been a plan that had been set in motion for quite a long time and with all the new uprisings throughout Cybertron. Talk of backlash towards the government with schemes of rallies and protests whispered through secret auctions and other fronts for the black market. Swindle had found his opportunity to strike.
↭IT’S JUST BUSINESS↭
Swindle’s had been constructed, a casino hotel based inside Kaon. This Casino popped up and grew fame rapidly. On the surface it was a fully operational business accessible by Cybertron’s citizens while on the flip side, remained true for the black market funhouse that thrived underneath. This place was always active and busy, it was a great place for those who needed to escape the reality of the world that was slowly crumbling around them.
The black market also had some ties off world, which Swindle took advantage of. Swindle made connections with other worlds, importing goods in and out that usually passed through his Casino. One Governor even allowed him to build a warehouse off planet on a planet named Pz-Zazz, where Swindle stored his own small cargo ship as well as some valuable items.
↭CAUGHT IN THE ACT↭
Keeping such a big operation under wraps was bound to get discovered by Security Operations at some point. Due to a spy inside of his business affairs, Swindle had been exposed and caught. The news was all over the scene as his schemes and plans were exposed. Which had shattered Swindle's reputation. His casino was shut down and a lot of his ties had been cut… but not all of them.
Even though he was thrown into prison, due to loyal patrons and acquaintances, he was able to escape from imprisonment and took refuge with the Decepticons with hopes of hiding under the radar with the group that was uprising against the government. Here he had planned to settle in and see what kind of juicy information he could stumble upon. However before he had gotten a chance, he had been unwillingly selected to be a part of Shockwave’s Combiner project.
This was where he was forced to become a part of a Decepticon Military Unit. Swindle learned how to fight and had been submitted to strange and traumatizing tests and training in order to equip him with the ability to become a puzzle piece for a great weapon to the Decepticon cause.
During this time of his life, Swindle had no control over who he really was, he only obeyed commands and fought battles for such a long time. Conditions worsened as more and more battles took place on Cybertron and it took so much energy for him to be able to fulfill his place as a member of the special Decepticon Military Unit. Of course, Swindle had an escape plan.
While the Unit was off duty, Swindle met up with old acquaintances who were able to get him through a space bridge and off to the planet where his warehouse had been on Pz-Zazz. Here is where he hid out for a long time, picking up useful tips and tricks from the local species as well as paying them to complete the construction of his ship. He had no plans on staying here, he had the opportunity to explore the galaxy and make even more connections. Once he stocked his small cargo ship with everything he deemed useful and could actually fit, he left.
Swindle caught word of how the war ravaged Cybertron and that the battle took to the stars. This made making new connections hard for Swindle as his species was not welcomed in many places. His mini adventure in intergalactic connections was closing to an end because he knew supplies were not going to last him if he didn't have anywhere to go to restock.
By chance he was able to stumble across other Decepticons and traded information with them to get information where most of the Decepticons went and thus, he set course to Earth hoping he was not told false information.

『PERSONALITY』
Swindle is a smart mech, he knows how to play others to get what he wants, he's especially very good with numbers, not to mention he had extensive knowledge on weaponry and tools of Cybertronian production. He is cunning, sly, selfish, greedy and a cheat… most who have made deals with him in the past already know this about him, however he knows his benefits are needed and he knows when it's the right time to slide into play. He understands what people need, and he’s great at selling it, which makes it dangerous to get involved with him.
He is willing to make new acquaintances and business partners at any opportunity he gets, and rarely holds them close. He tends to only reach out to them when he’s in trouble. Swindle prefers his life more than getting the upper hand in a dangerous situation, so when things get rocky, he takes that chance to make an escape.
Swindle is two-faced, despite who he truly is underneath, he will always make his first impressions strong with the intent to get on one’s good side. He’ll always approach strangers with friendly interactions, after all buttering someone up will make them more likely want to assist him in what he wants.

『LIKES』
+ Swindle likes to tinker, it was a skill he picked up while he was under control of the Military Unit since he had nothing better to do. He’s gotten pointers from acquaintances here and there and has learned enough to repair small circuit boards or spare parts. Soldering and welding are his most sharpened skills.
+ Scavenging for parts is something he’s constantly doing. He knows what parts and attachments are useful. He likes to collect them and keep them around knowing that they could be used for something at some point.
+ Money. This one is a given. Swindle has dabbled in transactions in different parts of the galaxy, he has all sorts of different types of currency with him. It’s all useless at the moment, but it may come in handy if he ever finds himself stranded on the planet of Pz-Zazz again.
+ Connections. Swindle tends to keep tabs on all of possible com numbers he can call, all simply laying on the back burner in case he needs connections to escape. Most never work out considering a lot of them have unknown whereabouts. Even if it’s in person connections, they’re all used for Swindle to gain advantage points or to be used as a means of escape.
+ Organizing is something Swindle takes a lot of interest in. He takes inventory of his own supplies often and everything he owns is neat, clean and put away in a highly organized fashion. It gives him a little bit of order in his new life.
+ State of the art merchandise, Swindle keeps only some of the best weapons and attachments for himself. He simply likes to show off what he’s able to obtain.
『DISLIKES』
+ Swindle hates sharing his personal things, what’s his is his and unless someone is paying or trading him for something in his possession that he’s willing to give up, he’ll always say no.
+ Being shot at is not Swindle’s idea of a thrilling time, he’ll avoid getting shot at as best as he can. However being in a war, it's sort of a hard thing to avoid, but he still tries.
+ Personal sympathy is something Swindle will ever express, he doesn’t need or want to hear the tragic backgrounds of others and he’ll never share his. He may brush it off as annoying but the truth is, he’s just awkward with personal matters, and he doesn’t like how vulnerable it makes him feel. So he avoids it all together and just handles things alone. He usually doesn't bring up anything from his past and thus he expects the same of others, he’s not a therapist, so frankly it's not his job to even care.
+ Authenticity is important to Swindle, he hates it when others try to scam him with replicas or fakes. Nothing screams ‘idiot’ to him any louder than those sort of situations. He then adds that person to his shit list.
+ Tough customers. Swindle can’t swindle everyone. Though customers are one of the most annoying things he hates to deal with. Sometimes these deals slip right through his digits and his little scheme is over.
『STRENGTHS/WEAPONS』
Weaponry Enhancement Knowledge:
Swindle is pretty knowledgeable in weaponry, with the black market schemes in his Casino, he grew to be knowledgeable on parts or equipment that can enhance certain types of weaponry.
Resourceful:
Swindle is brilliant when deciding if parts are useful or not, He’s the type who can find the treasure in the trash. He has been in difficult situations before, he knows it's bound to happen, which is why he likes to hide cashes around in places stocked with supplies. He never has everything ripped away from him. There is always a Plan B.
Extra storage:
Swindle is an investor, and other than supporting the Cybertronian black market, he invested in upgrades for himself! One of them is a larger subspace storage, he has two subspaces, one compartment on the left and one on the right inside of his chassis. It's just like having two trunks the size of a smart car’s trunk.
Closed off:
Swindle keeps his EM field close to himself, he’s hardly ever honest about emotional distress and hates getting personal with others. This is a strength considering that it helps business opportunities without it being purely off of emotion. He’s much more reasonable and logical than emotional.
↭WEAPONS↭
Scatter Blaster Cannon:
The Scatter Blaster fires a series of explosive bullets over a wide range, and appears to be a cross between a submachine gun and a shotgun, but not quite as powerful as either. He keeps it attached to his right forearm.
It comes with two firing modes; Semi-Auto or Full-Auto. Despite which mode he’s in, he has a total of 5 shots before having to reload. It can do damage to heavy armor up point blank but at range it can only damage light and medium armor. The range of a shot reaches sixty feet and does collateral damage within 5 feet of the initial blast. This weapon does run on a special type of ammo.
Gyro-gun:
His secondary weapon, The Gyro-Gun serves as body modification since it's built into his non-dominant servo and consumes Swindle’s energy upon usage. It’s dual barreled, and when fired can hinder a bot’s ability to navigate in both their alt-mode and bi-pedal forms for two minutes. Swindle can only get two uses out of it before it needs to recharge, which takes two hours for a single shot to recharge… so as long as his energy is sufficient enough. Effects light, med and heavy armor classes.
Blaster:
It can damage light and medium armor and can fire up to seven shots before needing to be reloaded. It reaches a maximum of fifty feet. Excessive usage for an hour causes it to overheat.
『WEAKNESSES』
Combiner Bond:
This is something that often gets Swindle irritable. His bond with his gestalt is… complicated. He does his best to mute the bond but sometimes it peeks through. A part of him hates them while another part feels as though they are his safety net.
Prone To Overturning:
Swindle is a solid mech and his ALT is not fast whatsoever. He sometimes carries a lot of things with him. There’s quite a few mods built into him and he’s a bit heavy because of it. He’s a literal push over, and it is very unfortunate if he overturns in the wrong situations.
Combat:
It’s not that Swindle can’t fight, he even has good weapons on his side if he truly needs to get violent. It’s not that he can’t fight, or that he won’t pull the trigger if he feels as if he’s cornered. However his combat skills aren’t strong and he knows that alone, he wouldn’t stand for long by himself. He’d only make such attempts if he has an advantage, which is not often.
Weaponry usage:
Despite knowing a lot about weaponry physically, Swindle isn't trained in using them. He's not proficient in using different types of weaponry which is why he just sticks to what he’s invested in. He doesn’t really have a desire to learn how to wield different types of weapons, either, he’s just interested in the aid of assembling and selling them.
Speed and Handling:
Swindle is short, stubby and heavy. Speed is a great weakness of his both in and out of ALT mode. Acceleration isn’t swift and it takes him a bit of time to actually reach up to certain speeds. Not to mention turning plays a large play, his weight affects how sharp he can turn or rotate himself both in and out of his ALT.

Two wings stick out from each side, a pair larger than the other. On the back a series of two large boosters rest nestled between protruding panels angled upward in a cone shape.
The inside of the pilot's pit is only big enough to seat one bot, but it is spacious. The same can be said for the actual storage hold inside the ship. The hold is large enough to fit about 7 average sized mechs for scale. The interior is dark gray with glowing purple biolighting. The main lights throughout the ship are bright, illuminating the area eliminating any ominous appearance. The entire ship itself is kept well organized and clean, everything in it has its own location and it is very easy to navigate it. There’s nothing complicated about the ship’s controls, those who have knowledge on how to fly one could easily pilot this one.

Description:
The ship is beige in color with purple accents stripped into two parallel lines down each side. Word ‘Polaris’ is written in Cybertronian across the right side, also colored purple.
