[[After Barricade has been brigged.]]
Skills and smarts had won at last over muscle and blind luck. Starscream was happy to report he was in charge of the Decepticons, the new Lord. Barricade was in the brig, and over all the ship was running smoothly. Starscream was feeling better than he had in a long time. Wings high and forward, optics bright, EM field arrogant like always and steps light, ‘hoppy’ and even.
There was a change as soon as Starscream saw Arma, the wings went down and back a fraction and the optics went near white, the EM field flared and there was a slight change in step. Most would not note the change but those who watched carefully would. Starscream cursed his dropped guard. He knew Arma was on the ship and still followed Megatron with blind obedience. But the Seeker was Starscream so he recovered and kept walking. Let the fool attack the new Lord. There would be rust to pay for such a move.
If Screamer's steps were light and hoppy, then Arma's steps were heavy and dragging, as heavy was her field, and appareance at all. After she had heard the "report" of their so called new leader, she had to ask Knock out to check her audio receivers, since she couldn't believe what she was hearing. After she had gotten the confirmation, she had spent plenty of time, wandering around the ship, searching for her master. The report, about Lord Megatron being killed by Prime, was just too laughable to be true. There was after all too much questions for her to handle. What had happened, wasn't even the most important one. The primary question, which remained unsolved, was why. Whatever had happened, Megatron had surely disappeared from ship, and Arma knew, he had done it from his own will. But... why had he left, he had more than enough followers on ship, she knew she wasn't the only loyal one. That question remained unsolved, even if her processor was overheating by calculating the possibilities. Only one thing she knew for sure; It wasn't Prime, who had caused this. She just knew, that somehow, Starscream was behind this, completely. He had brigged Barricade as soon as possible, and she was just waiting, when would he try do the same for her.
Her audio receivers picked up the sound of closing steps, much lighter ones than her's, and as she just rised her optics a bit, she found the cause of all this, her optic's narrowing, her field bursting, as both of her hands snapped into the fists. She was just at the brink of attacking him, tearing him apart, but somehow she just didn't. 'Cool down, if you'll attack him now, you'll have the whole ship after you. You'll have to talk Barricade too first. You'll get your chance.' She tried to listen the voice of sense, very rare thing to do of her.
Her field calmed, optics widened to the normal, and her whole appareance seemed to be... less hostile. She kept walking, looking like she was about to pass Screamer, as she stopped right next to him. "So, you finally reached your target. Enjoy it while you can..." She just couldn't keep from saying it.
Starscream was shocked to have Arma walk up to him and she not attack. In a strange and glitched way he wanted her to. It would be perfect way as then he could have her brigged. That would be two blind follows hidden way till he had a better hold on the situation.
It seemed Arma had more processing power than Starscream had guessed.
Or maybe not. There was a sly smirk. “Oh Arma? Is that a threat to your new Lord?” The wings had started a dance. The Seeker did not think about maybe he should have worked it from a better angle no he was as always overconfident.
Arma noticed very well the slyness of his, the dance of the wings, he was all too happy, it was infuriating! But she should just try to stay calm. It would've been easy in any other situation, but right now, all she wanted to do, was to tear Scremers face off, tear off that smirk. But it wasn't the right time yet. It was one of those few times she hated someone more than she hated Warcry.
She wasn't that stupid, that she would've attacked Screamer now. She would have whole ship after her, and her restisting might lead to that, that whole ship would crash on planet.
She turned her head slowly towards him, rage burning in her optics, yet her voice somehow remained calm. "How i hope it would've been, but no. I just won't believe, that Lord Megatron would've fallen, against prime at least." The pressure was on the words Lord Megatron. "Your so called lead is still just temporarily. I don't know what you did, but after Lord Megatron's return, and after hearing the reason for all this, i'll be the first one coming after you." Her fingers clenched a bit, her engine letting low growling, before silencing. She definitedly just should keep walking, but she just couldn't.
“For all you say there is no threat I would say that is one.” The smirk was more and the wings also joined in the joy of Arma pushing her luck. For all Starscream’s joy and his show in it he knew Arma was going to hold back. He would get nothing to put her away. It was a great annoyance. One he would be sure to keep from Arma finding out. She would take far too much joy in the thought.
Going through files and data Starscream tried to think of something to push Arma to step over the line. A flare in the optics happened when an idea came.
Starscream pulled himself up to full height (sadly short when with Arma) “I am the Lord now Arma and will be addressed as such unless you want trouble.” There was a dismissive wave of the claws. “The former Lord Megatron should have a former at the beginning. And he did fall to Prime. Or would you have liked it better if he fell to….Warcry?” The claws came back round. “I would not be surprised if Megaton came back, he does so enjoy reviving, but he should do so soon….before I am the one to annihilate the Autobots.”
Arma was always a threat, to anyone who dared to oppose Lord Megatron. This time she just tried to act a bit less threatening. Arma knew Starscream enjoyed this, and really felt the urge to tear him apart, bit by bit. Somehow she managed to supress it, and remain pretty calm. As response to his commenting about his adressing as lord, if she didn't want troubles, her head just tilted a bit. Not that she would say it right now, but as her loyalty had never belonged to decepticons, from the very beginning, she had woved her loyalty, to Lord Megatron, and no one else would ever achieve it, Starscream would be the last one.
As he got in his full height, Arma remained unmoved, stooding straight, as she still kept looking downwards, to the optics of so called "lord". The words, however, infuriated her anger once again. She hardly heard the last sentence of the autobots. She took sudden step towards him, her arm stretching towards him. Still, just her bare palm hit the wall behind him, bending the plates under the sheer weight. She didn't meant to hit him, as she bent her frame above him, bringing her faceplate closer to his. "You, annihilate autobots? I'd really like to see you try. If you say Lord Megatron did fall for prime... then what your chances would be." She tried to remain calm, her audio set on whispering level. "Even with my warrior programming, i'd say your chances of beating prime, are less than 10 %." She gritted her teeth for an moment, her engine growling a bit, as it was quite hard to remain calm. "Of course, it would be better for him to fall to Prime. That coward Warcry, wouldn't even dare to try opposing him." Arma took some distance between their faceplates. "And i'm not after troubles, but just here's something for you to think. If you'll try to brig me, which one will go down first, me..." She clenched her fingers, tearing wall's plates, wires and pipes behind them, before pulling her arm away. "Or nemesis?" She took a step back, opening her fist, letting the scrap patter on floor. "But, since you seem to be in lead right now, what was the reason for you to brig Barricade?" It was all different thing would he answer her any more, but if he wanted to look a bit stronger, he wouldn't let her "bullying" affect him.
As Arma moved forward Starscream almost changed to his altmode and took flight to get distace. The Seeker knew in a fight this close he would lose. However Arma was only leaning over which Starscream still hated. He liked distance and the ability to move. But he knew to show this would be trouble, still the wings would twitch with the need to be in the open. Still he shifted forward to get more in Arma's faceplate.
"I will! I will off-line them all!" The opics were a dark bright red. Wings moving more. Still at his full height. "You take the Nemesis down? That would cause trouble...more than you might think." There was a sly and off look to Starscream's opcis and smirk.
A change again in the look. "Wondering about Barricade? Why? I see no reason to tell you....would the former Lord Megatron?" A cold look as if Arma was again questioning Starscream's rule.
Starscream was concerned, Arma could felt it. She knew he liked the space, so she should just not give it to him. His cool seemed to be a bit lost, when he told he would off-line all of the autobots. And after his commenting on her bringing nemesis down, Arma just remained quiet. "Never said i would, just asked you which one would go down first." She shrugged. The trouble, she didn't care at all, but if she would get chased, she should watch for her shots, or otherwise she might actually cause nemesis to fall.
As his look changed, again, yet Arma's remained completely stable, as he blabbered about how he saw no reason to tell her, and asked, would Lord Megatron do so. "Oh, he would, and did. Whenever someone was brigged from real reason, he told me." Arma turned a bit, before continuing. "Just to make sure, if they ever were to be freed, that we could keep on eye on them in the future, and make sure they're not repeating their crimes against our Mighty leader. " Arma left her speak there. She had done dirtier job too, when it had came to disposing the worst ones. "When it comes to Barricade, i wonder what was that terrible crime, that he needed to be brigged. He was captured by autobots, is that it? Even if autobots got on board, there's no sign of his betrayal. Bots have been here before, it's not impossible for them to track down vessel of this caliber. I wonder, what was the reason then." Arma took a couple of steps, as she let her thoughts through her audio. Even if she knew the reason, which she thought hadn't leaked too far, she believed that Starscream knew about the bond, and with some excuse, wanted to make sure Barricade stayed out of his way. She just wanted to hear, what was Screamers excuse to do that.

True to history Starscream changed thought at Amra’s words. “He did?! Megat-the former Lord Megatron would tell you the details.” The wings did a fast and wild dance. The optics wide with questions. “Really?”
It seemed the Seeker had forgotten the point of the talk he was having with Arma. Starscream, and all Seekers, had a processor that was fast but also had a tendency to jump to fast from the subject to the next. In science, math, and other studies this could be wonderful as well as on the battle field. The trouble was this was none of those and the need to focus was lost on Starscream.
Arma was bit disappointed, that Screamer wasn't giving her any hints about his reasons to brig Barricade. Though, it didn't really matter. "Yes, whenever there was need for that." She again turned towards him, before continuing. "Though, under Lord Megatron's rule, there wasn't too many who dared to oppose him, that badly that they would've been brigged." She stepped once, keeping her optics tightly in his. "What i've seen, there are few kinds of inhabitants on this ship." She paused for an moment. "The ones that are loyal to lord megatron. Then there are those who fear to oppose him." She stepped one step closer to him. "Then there are those, who follow him quietly, and are just waiting for their moment... to come." She knew very well which category Screamer would be, and her's too, but wanted to... tease him a bit more. "I'd like to hear, which one you would be?"
