[Cybertron, Kalis - Early War]
The Autobot tank had to duck his head as he entered the closest bar he could find with a ceiling high enough to accommodate him. Grimlock had only just recently entered the ranks of the Autobots after serving as a mercenary for quite some time. He had originally been neutral when the war first started, but began working for the Autobots when his friend Swoop joined up. After that he had simply tagged along with his friend and was big and strong enough to make others think twice about turning the future Dynobot away. Now even though the insignia on his torso was still somewhat new the bruiser had a reputation.
The lumbering giant carefully made his way to a spot that could handle his size, paying attention to those in his path. He had stepped on a two-wheeler once before, and punted a few scouts while running. It was his belief that if they were dumb enough to get stepped on then it was their fault, but that wasn't how everyone else felt about it. From what he heard about The Wreckers, they sounded like a fun group of bots to fight with. If they'd take Swoop, he'd be happy to join their ranks.
Now that he was situated he could finally take the place in. A number of vidscreens were littered around the bar making it easy to spot one no matter where you were. Some were showing updates on the war while others had on different programming. It was a busy night with the wait staff and bartenders being kept busy. They would probably make a killing in tips assuming the Decepticon air force didn't show up and bomb it to the ground. The fact that there was no fighting ring was something the ex-gladiator was still getting used to. The days of fighting for free drinks was a thing of the past, and it was sorely missed. As much as he enjoyed fighting, he preferred combat in the ring than waging war.
