--Ouch!--
A beepy laugh escaped him regardless, if only because the mental image of Carbine striding away from an angry Bulk was pretty hilarious. He knew the other mech wasn't being truly mean toward Bulkhead - and if he was? Well, the ex-Wrecker would quickly pummel him back into line.
While Carbine's thoughts drifted to the logistics of holoforms, so too did Bee's. He'd had Raf in his altmode before, of course - but another Cybertronian using a holoform? Never. It'd be such a weird feeling, though a lot of that would probably be merely his own processor overthinking things.
Should he mess up or do something stupid? He'd never live it down!
--I didn't forget!-- he scoffed, lightly jabbing Carbine again with his elbow, if only because he was still within reach.
--Just didn't know if yours was good enough to, y'know… use.--
He'd seen Carbine's holo exactly once, though he'd been parked close enough that it hadn't been an issue. It'd seemed real enough to the point the human hadn't thought anything amiss, as it was only through his own frustration that things had spiraled, ending with them revealing themselves.
A race, though? It was fast moving to the point range would be an issue - and if Carbine began hovering above to stay within a reasonable distance? People would panic at seeing a police helicopter, which kind of defeated the point of an illegal street race.
They'd probably have to test it out beforehand, just so there weren't any wacky surprises like him vanishing and ruining the whole robots in disguise thing, or nasty feedback as the range was broken.
--Miko? My manager? Surprised you aren't taking that role.--
There was probably money in some of these races, though to be fair he wasn't quite sure how races worked - and any payout would be to the driver of said car, which he was sure Carbine would no doubt want a cut of. Nobody was about to give a teenage girl any sort of winnings, if only because she probably shouldn't be there at all.
Not that they could do much with human money, he supposed.
At the muttered question, he'd gently shrug. The one he'd participated in had been because Jack had been challenged, he wasn't sure if they happened weekly or biweekly, or if there even was any sort of meetup forum for them.
Though that was just races in this area - and he was quietly thankful that Carbine hadn't realized that with access to the Ground Bridge? They could pretty much race wherever they wanted, whenever they wanted.
--Dunno!-- he chirped, not bringing it up as a suggestion as he didn't want to open that can of worms unnecessarily. --That's up to you and Miko to work out, not me.--
Trying to deflect a little, he'd glance down at Bolo then - humming quietly in thought.
--It'd be so awesome if Bolo could race, getting to see him run? Man…--
He'd gotten a glimpse at the cassette's speed capabilities earlier, though knew that given the fact there were humans around in almost every direction? It'd not been a true showcase of his abilities.
