Blurr’s spirits were raised high by all of his silly little nicknames. He knew they were not good, but it was amusing and more than less just a harmless joke! Though, it didn't take long for him to realize he was the only one who found them to be so hilarious.
After sharing that last nickname, he visibly saw something dangerous flicker to life within the other mech before him.
Blurr saw the other’s fists clenched tightly, and based off of Roddy’s look alone, it was enough to immediately put the cyan mech on edge.
As he should have been.
That balled fist flung right at him without warning, and Blurr was nearly caught off guard by the swing, nearly.
Even though damaged, Blurr was quick to find out that he was not hurt enough to move, and move he did.
With surprised, wide optics at the initial realization that Roddy attempted to attack him, Blurr twisted himself to the side and jerked his helm away from that incoming fist all while simultaneously leaping back quickly. Such swift movements resulted in a narrow dodge.
Always expecting the worst outcomes in a hostile mech had been seared into his programming by being a Wrecker, and Blurr needed to try and shut this mech down quickly. The only thing he was focused on now was protecting himself from this hothead.
Defensive maneuvers reflexively kick started his systems to attempt to disable this mech from taking another swing at him. As soon as that fist flew past the side of his helm, Blurr grabbed Roddy’s forearm in the blink of an optic and a fast charge-up of a high pitched whirr sounded out from his engines, giving the Wrecker a sudden burst of power. Blurr’s forearm pressed up against the other’s chest as he stepped forward, using the new found burst of momentum to launch forward and shove himself at Roddy before slamming him up against the wall.
Just as quick as Blurr was up against Roddy, he was just as quickly off of him. After he slammed him against the wall, Blurr immediately jumped backwards and took several steps away with a deft motion of his nimble peds.
A hissing exvent seethed out from his systems after that burst of energy his engines drew from him. His servo slipped quickly down to his damaged torso before gently holding the dent which surged with sharp pain. Blurr was not ready to move like that, but even if it hurt like the pits, it was not enough to distract him from Roddy. With optics narrowed he watched the other cautiously.
Of course, Blurr didn’t intend to hurt Roddy, but in the spur of the moment, he may have used too much of his power to throw that mech back against the wall…
But he sort of deserved it…
“What the HELL!?”
